[교육시]  아이들 지도에 한계를 느끼는 선생님께

 

동료 교사에게

 

가야할 길이 너무 멀다고

여기서 주저앉지는 맙시다려

어둠의 혼돈 같은 길을 가더라도

처음 모습처럼 빛을 밝힙시다려

 

우리 가는 길은 조금씩 달라도

어차피 너른 바다에서 만나듯이

협곡에선 빠른 걸음을 재촉하고

넓은 들 만나면 천천히 기다립시다려

 

앞서 간다고 자랑하지 말며

뒤떨어졌다고 실망하지 맙시다려

위에 있다고 누르지 말고 배려하며

아래 있을 때 겸손히 받쳐줍시다려

 

가다가 목마른 가뭄 들면

땅 속으로라도 꾸준히 흐릅시다려

어린 새 뿌리에겐 아낌없이 나눠주는

그런 기쁨만으로 만족하며 살아갑시다려

 

욕심 없이 아래로 아래로 흐르며

가파른 길일수록 아름다운 노래 부르고

평탄한 길일수록 구석구석 어루만지며

변함없이 언제나 그렇게 흐릅시다려

Dear My colleague teacher

 

 

Let’s not give up here

Even though you have a long way to go,

Let’s light like the beginning.

Even though you are passing through the chaotic road

 

Even if the way we are passing varies,

As the river meets the boundless ocean somehow,

Let’s quicken our pace at the canyon

Let’s take our time at the large field

 

Let’s not brag about their lead,

Let’s not be disappointed by their lagging

Let’s not press with our upper hand but consider,

Let’s prop up humbly when we are below.

 

When we have a drought,

Let’s run in the ground though.

Let’s live with the joy

Satisfied with having mercy munificently on young root

 

Let’s flow down unselfishly,

Let’s sing a beautiful song when you face a steep trail,

Let’s comfort everywhere when you face a flat trail.

Let’s flow as ever
